Job Duties:

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, utilizing your knowledge of MS Office and data programs.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to blithequark's data protection policies.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer and account data into our systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Data Organization: Compile, sort, and categorize data to prepare it for computer entry, utilizing your knowledge of data programs and software.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our teams, including email handling, calendar management, and other tasks as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience with MS Office and data programs, including Excel, Word, and Access.

  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including email handling and calendar management.
  • Experience using office equipment, such as scanners and printers.
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Confidentiality, with the ability to maintain sensitive information.
  • Organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
