The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing timely, friendly, and accurate assistance. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, from product and service questions to order support, billing concerns, and troubleshooting assistance. Key Responsibilities
