Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Performing operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to inform business decisions
- Developing assessment frameworks for the community to invest in various continuous development initiatives
- Contributing to business decisions by presenting insightful analysis and methodical attention to the end-to-end impact of systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
- Identifying opportunities and driving automation in current support processes
- Developing ad-hoc business analysis and presenting findings to senior management on strategic decisions and future initiatives
- Facilitating business evaluations with data analysis and following up with business leaders on actionable items
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (e.g., business, mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Advanced understanding of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization)
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
- Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon relevant data sources)

* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
