Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported throughout their journey with blithequark.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing personalized support to union members, addressing their queries and concerns about benefits and services
  • Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, highlighting the value proposition of blithequark's solutions
  • Handling sales conversations with members who express interest in additional benefits, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new benefits offerings to provide expert guidance to members
