The Role
As a Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat or tele chat channels in a professional and friendly manner
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing accurate solutions to their concerns
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and following up to ensure resolution
