Key Responsibilities

- * Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up.

- * Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and best practices to improve user experience.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- * Familiarity with customer support software, live chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
- * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- * High level of computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- * Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience
- * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or online helpdesk roles is preferred.
- * Experience supporting US-based customers is highly desirable.
- * Previous remote work experience is an advantage.
- Working Hours
- * Night-shift role aligned with US time zones (typically 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
