Your role at Sephora The Cybersecurity Ops and Engineering team at Sephora is responsible for incident response, security operations, event monitoring, threat analysis, and delivering innovative security solutions that support our clients' and business needs. As the Senior Identity Engineer, you are expected to demonstrate a calm, composed demeanor, strong organizational skills, reliability, effective communication, and attention to detail. The role requires sound judgment, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively when handling confidential information. You will regularly engage with cross-functional teams and leadership to fulfill key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining identity and access management solutions for Sephora. You will play a critical role in administering and supporting identity solutions, ensuring the security, efficiency, and resiliency of our authentication system. This position requires good understanding of identity and access management, as well as deep and solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, Active Directory and Entra ID. Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and maintain solutions that support identity and access management for our clients
  • Integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with various applications, directories, and sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues and incidents.
  • Configure and customize IAM to meet specific business requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement appropriate, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of IAM solutions.

We're excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management with focus on SailPoint IdentityNow, Active Directory, Entra ID.
  • 5+ years of experience with Okta
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols and security best practices.
  • Strong Regex, PowerShell and scripting skills.
  • Monitor and audit IAM for security compliance and recommend improvements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $162,090.00 - $180,100.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
