Virtual Paid Media Buyer Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary: Competitive; Based on Experience Annual Salary: $62,000 Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Paid Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to driving the growth and success of our digital marketing campaigns. As a Paid Media Buyer, you will develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across various digital platforms. Your goal is to maximize our clients’ return on investment (ROI) by efficiently managing budgets and continuously improving campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the client’s marketing objectives and overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create detailed media plans, including budget allocation, channel selection, and target audience segmentation.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Make data-driven adjustments to bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending allocation and adherence to financial goals.
  • Perform A/B testing to assess the performance of different creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other platforms can be used to track campaign performance and provide real-time insights.
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating the impact of paid media efforts on overall business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
  • Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand their goals, expectations, and feedback on campaigns.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to multi-channel marketing campaigns.

5. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and paid media.
  • Attend webinars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in paid media buying.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and platforms to identify innovative approaches to drive results.
  • Share best practices and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with multiple clients.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on paid media performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad copy and visuals that capture the target audience’s attention.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
