Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Entry-Level Remote Benefits Consultant – Healthcare and Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients on a wide range of employee benefits and healthcare topics. Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert guidance and support to clients on employee benefits and healthcare topics, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits-related matters

  • Conduct needs assessments and develop customized benefit solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in employee benefits and healthcare
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, human resources, or a related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and healthcare regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, human resources, or a related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or a related field
  • Certification in a related field, such as CEBS, CFP, or SHRM-CP
  • Experience working with benefits administration software, such as ADP or Paychex
  • Strong knowledge of benefits communication and education strategies
