About Prairie Growth Solutions Prairie Growth Solutions is a business coaching and consulting firm specializing in profit acceleration strategies for small to medium-sized businesses. We work with clients across multiple industries to improve operations, increase profitability, and achieve sustainable growth. Position Overview We are seeking experienced business strategists and consultants to build and manage their own client base while representing Prairie Growth Solutions. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship development, and delivering high-impact coaching and consulting services using our proven frameworks and proprietary tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to build your own client portfolio
  • Conduct business development activities including networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions with business owner clients
  • Assess client business challenges and develop strategic action plans
  • Deliver consulting on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and financial management
  • Track client progress and adjust strategies to ensure measurable results
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and document engagement outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of business experience in sales, operations, consulting, or management
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business coaching, consulting, or advisory services
  • Background in P&L management or business ownership
  • Established professional network in business community
  • Track record of successful sales or business development
  • Coaching or consulting certification (not required)

Compensation

Structure This is a commission-based independent contractor position. You are responsible for building your own client base and will earn commission on revenue generated from your client engagements. Earnings potential is directly tied to your business development success and client results. Specific commission rates and structure discussed during interview process. Platform and System Access

Work Environment

  • 100% remote position with full schedule flexibility
  • Manage your own client appointments and business development activities
  • Independent contractor relationship (1099)
  • Self-directed work requiring strong initiative and accountability
  • Ongoing collaboration and support from Prairie Growth Solutions team
