As a Media Buyer, you’ll be part of a strategic powerhouse and have a direct impact on the success, growth, and profitability of our clients. Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive media plans to achieve company goals.
• Take responsibility for the strategic purchasing and placement of media across various channels.
• Monitor and optimize all media campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights gained.
• Manage large media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Create detailed budget plans and monitor compliance with financial guidelines.
• Implement new and creative advertising approaches based on market and target group analysis.
• Use innovative technologies and trends to improve media placement.
• Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to leadership and clients.
• Derive actionable recommendations for the continuous improvement of media strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level media buyers.

Requirements:

• At least 5–8 years of professional experience in media buying or a comparable position.
• Experience managing a monthly advertising budget of at least €100,000–€500,000.
• Extensive knowledge of media strategies, techniques, and trends.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of campaign data.
• Experience in the strategic use and integration of various analytics tools.
• Solid knowledge of the specific characteristics and requirements of different media channels.
• Experience in the strategic selection, negotiation, and optimization of media placements.
• Ability to communicate complex strategic plans and results to executive leadership and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading and coordinating large and complex media projects.
• Ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
• Experience in leading and developing a team of media buyers.
• Ability to foster a productive and motivated work environment.
• Ability to introduce and utilize new technologies and methods in media buying.
• Experience in the strategic integration of innovative approaches.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to achieve long-term company goals.
• Experience solving complex strategic challenges.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
