About the Role
We're on the hunt for a seasoned Oracle Service Cloud expert to leverage their skills in a fully remote setting with occasional travel requirements. As an Oracle Service Cloud consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Oracle Service Cloud solutions for our client. If you have a strong background in Oracle Service Cloud, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Oracle Service Cloud solutions, including Customer Portal, Customer Script, and BUI Extensions
- Develop and integrate PHP and REST APIs to connect with other applications
- Configure and manage modules like CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces/Workflows, and Analytics (Reporting)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Service Cloud configurations and customizations
- Participate in knowledge base configuration and management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Service Cloud releases, features, and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) implementation projects
- At least 3 successful Oracle Service Cloud implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Customer Portal, Customer Script, and BUI Extensions
- Proficiency in PHP and REST APIs for integration with other applications
- Experience with integrating Oracle Service Cloud with other applications and systems
- Knowledge of modules like CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces/Workflows, and Analytics (Reporting)
- Good understanding of JavaScript and its applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Chat module and its configurations
- Strong knowledge of knowledge base configuration and management
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
