You will be equipped with the necessary training and tools to perform at your best, including knowledge of our parks, events, products, and services. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide accurate information about Disney parks, events, products, and services.
• Resolve guest issues with a positive and professional demeanor, escalating complex issues as necessary.
