Who we need We are looking for a C# Developer who is passionate about building innovative SaaS solutions that meet the needs of our customers - and the millions of Americans they assist every day. You will be an active member of the Agile team, working across the development lifecycle, including Daily SCRUM, Stand-Ups, User Story Review and retrospectives. You will immediately contribute to the modernization of our products, including:

• Building a Payments API. This unique feature will allow 3rd party payment solutions to interface with our products, enabling millions of people across the US to pay their low-income housing rent online.
• Modernizing existing products. You will be an essential part of evolving our product line, transitioning from an R&D phase into a build mode that will result in an enterprise-level service product with new API technology as its underlying architecture.

What you will focus on:

• Build. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software and build and implement a new suite of APIs to underpin existing and new core products.
• Optimize. You will contribute to the continual improvement of solutions, systems, and processes. You will collaborate on new ideas and introduce best practices in development standards and processes.
• Troubleshoot. You will continuously analyze and strengthen existing applications for reliability, availability, security, and scalability. You will conduct full stack diagnostics when necessary to help determine the root cause of problems.

What you bring:

• Experience. You are a .NET C# Full Stack Developer with in-depth experience building APIs. You have worked in an Agile Scrum or Lean Software Development environment, following Test-Driven Development or Extreme Programming methodologies. You have familiarity with continuous integration/deployment and zero downtime deployment. In addition, you have experience with:
• Azure App Services and Azure SQL for hosted products
• Writing SQL and T-SQL.
• Cloud-based infrastructures and design patterns.
• Interpersonal skills. You have flexible and effective communication skills. You can build impactful working relationships within and across inter-disciplinary groups, including Architecture, Product, and Management. You have a deep appreciation for diverse opinions and approaches.
