HELP WANTED Senior Full-Stack AI Developer / Team Needed to Build AllSpaces.com (Web + Mobile) We’re building AllSpaces.com — an AI-powered marketplace for ALL types of spaces, not just homes: Residential (rooms, apartments, houses) Commercial (salons, offices, garages, warehouses, storefronts) Storage & parking Pop-ups, hourly rentals, event spaces Think: Zillow + Airbnb + Peerspace + ChatGPT — but unified into one conversational platform. We envision a "Tinder for spaces" experience for browsing, making discovery intuitive and engaging. We need an experienced AI-savvy full-stack developer or small team to architect, build, and launch: A modern web app Mobile apps for both iOS and Android An integrated AI assistant that powers conversational search, bookings, and owner/agent workflows What You’ll Be Building High-level features include: AI-powered conversational search (user asks in plain language, AI converts to filters + queries) Intuitive browsing experience (e.g., "Tinder for spaces" swipe/card-based UI for quick discovery) Listing, search, and booking flows for multiple space types Owner / landlord dashboard to list and manage spaces Agent / vendor portal to manage leads, chats, and services Integration with: VesNow.com (investment & cash offers) PropertySuper.com (maintenance & services) Web + mobile experiences with a premium, modern, “SaaS-quality” UI You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery: architecture → development → integration → deployment. ✅ Core Skills & Experience Required Frontend (Web): React / Next.js (App Router, TypeScript) Tailwind CSS and a modern component library (e.g. shadcn/ui, Chakra, Mantine) Experience building chat-style UIs and clean, modern dashboards Strong UX sense — you can create a product that feels high-end, including card-based/swipeable interfaces for discovery Mobile (iOS & Android): React Native (Expo) or Flutter Experience with: Mobile-first design, including swipe gestures and interactive card UIs Push notifications Geolocation & maps Backend & Data: Node.js / Express or Next.js API routes PostgreSQL (Supabase, Neon, etc.) Experience with Elasticsearch or Meilisearch for advanced search Authentication (JWT/OAuth/SSO), roles, and secure API design AI Integration (Critical): Practical experience with LLM APIs, such as: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, Codex / Chat Completions) Claude (Anthropic) Gemini (Google) Comfortable building: Natural language → structured filters (NLP-to-SQL / NLP-to-search) Conversational flows that call backend APIs Familiar with AI dev tools/platforms such as: Lovable.dev Replit AI / Replit Agent Cursor AI V0.dev (Vercel) Bolt.new Bonus: RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), prompt design, and model orchestration Integrations & Payments: Stripe (payments, deposits, subscriptions) Third-party APIs (e.g., Twilio, CRM, property/maintenance tools like Buildium, GoHighLevel) Webhooks and event-driven flows DevOps / Deployment: Vercel / AWS / similar cloud CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent) Production-grade logging, monitoring, and basic security best practices Platforms & Tools You Should Be Comfortable With You don’t need all of these, but the stronger your familiarity, the better: AI & Coding Platforms: Lovable.dev Replit (with AI tools) Cursor AI V0.dev Bolt.new OpenAI Codex / ChatGPT API Claude (Anthropic) Gemini API Core Dev Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript React Native / Expo or Flutter Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui (or equivalent) PostgreSQL Elasticsearch / Meilisearch Node.js / Express Infra & Services: Vercel, Supabase/Neon, AWS Stripe Twilio Google Maps / Mapbox Cloudinary or similar for images Expected Deliverables (High-Level) We are NOT asking you to price from this list in the ad — but this is the scope you’ll quote against: Production-ready web app (responsive) Mobile apps for iOS and Android (React Native/Expo or Flutter) AI-powered conversational search and assistant Property listing, search, booking, and payment flows Owner / landlord portal Agent / vendor / admin tools (basic dashboards) Integration points with VesNow and PropertySuper (we’ll define exact APIs with you) Documentation (architecture overview, setup, and handoff notes) Deployment to live environment We understand this is a substantial build — we’re looking for serious, experienced builders.
