We are seeking an exceptional Head of Partnerships and Alliances to lead our global strategy for forming high-value, strategic partnerships that will fuel the company's rapid growth and expansion. In this critical role, you will develop and manage relationships with key partners, including airlines, travel agencies, airport authorities, and luxury service providers. As a senior leader within Suitpax, you will be responsible for building a network of high-performing partnerships that drive revenue, expand our service offerings, and strengthen Suitpax’s brand in the global market. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of Suitpax’s global partnership strategy, identifying key opportunities for collaboration with airlines, travel agencies, luxury brands, and other strategic entities. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key external partners and stakeholders. Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities through partnerships that increase revenue streams, customer acquisition, and market share in the luxury travel sector. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and manage high-value partnership agreements, ensuring mutually favorable terms and maximizing business potential. Market Insights: Monitor and analyze industry trends, identifying potential partners that align with Suitpax’s mission and growth objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, legal, and commercial teams to align partnership strategies with business goals and customer needs. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team, setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and ensuring high levels of execution. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the travel, technology, or luxury sectors. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with experience in managing large, complex agreements. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively about business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that will drive long-term growth for Suitpax. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, including airlines, airports, hospitality, and luxury services. Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team towards achieving ambitious partnership goals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences.
