Anthropologie Senior Designer - Print & Concept Location US-PA-Philadelphia ID2025-16023 Job Family Design Employee Type Regular Position Type Full-Time Remote Yes Role Summary Anthropologie is seeking an experienced and creative senior concept designer who exhibits a natural curiosity and strong ability to innovate. This position will focus on the research and development of seasonal print and pattern trends and concepts for the Anthropologie apparel brands. Role Responsibilities Skills

Creative
- Leads in creating original, trend-forward, brand appropriate print concepts & seasonal trend packs.
- Strong digital presentation skills, utilizing Indesign to create impactful & inspiring trend packs.
- Demonstrate creative ability to autonomously research & self direct to present print trends seasonally & in weekly meetings.
- Strong connection and knowledge of past & emerging print and pattern trends found within art, design, and fashion.
- Utilize AI to create emotive imagery that is trend forward & supports concept Directives.
Process
- Proactively prepare for weekly concept meetings, updating & developing print trends in reaction to feedback.
- Lead seasonal trend & concept workload to meet all deadlines.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the department’s calendar, including key events, milestones, and deadlines.
- Maintain a current knowledge of the Anthro Apparel business as it relates to LY and Plan.
- Awareness of successes & opportunities found in weekly business, seasonal hindsight, and quarterly Print Attributes.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, textile design, graphic design, or related experience necessary.
- 8-10 years of experience in print or textile industry.
- Experienced in trend forecasting, print design, and apparel design.
- Advanced creative and technical skills in Adobe photoshop & Indesign.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Power Point.
- Experience in creative image creation using AI platforms.
