Conduent Senior Business Analyst (Remote in Romania) in Lasi, Romania

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for: Leading operational support for transitions and change implementations (Business requirement, Training, Testing, Critical Care, etc.). Supporting analysis of HR Administrative processes end to end; Creating automatized process flows and automating existing projects using PowerApps and Power BI; Analyzing requested changes for HR Processes and defining solutions; Documenting process changes to our processes, workbooks, user guides, and job aids; Delivering training (change requests, transitions); Updating/ Implementing all changes required to processes and/or systems; Monitoring through random checks the implementation of the process changes; Defining requirements for process changes, anticipating the impact, and working closely with all parties to implement them; Preparing and executing test scenarios depending on the type of changes; Collaborating with the client, the Service Representatives, and Team Leads to identify the team’s needs and offer the best support. The ideal candidate: At least 1 year experience within Conduent; Preferably has experience in Transitions/ Project Management Knowledge of Excel/ Power BI /Power Apps; Data Review/Statistical Analysis skills; A detail-oriented approach and will be capable of delivering a high level of accuracy; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Knowledge of Excel Macros is a plus; Knowledge in HR Admin processes, Benefits, and Contact center outsourcing is a plus; Understand Tool Configuration such as CCM, SNOW, or any ticketing tool Knowledge of HRS tools like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or others; Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal; Demonstrated innovation and improvement initiatives; Good time management and prioritization skills; What we offer: Attractive salary; Permanent contract; Remote work model; Full-time Monday to Friday (without night shifts); Good opportunities to develop a professional career; Access to comprehensive learning, training, and development via our extensive Global learning platform.
