Key Responsibilities

• * Assign basic medical codes using ICD and CPT for diagnosis and procedure documentation
• * Accurately enter patient data and coded information into electronic health records (EHR)
• * Work with senior coders and compliance officers to ensure accurate documentation
• * Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records at all times
• * Review medical documents for completeness and consistency
• * Ensure adherence to current coding regulations and best practices
• * Participate in regular training and assessments to strengthen coding skills
• * Communicate with internal teams for clarification of medical records or procedures
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent required
• * Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology preferred
• * Interest in ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
• * Computer literacy with the ability to learn medical software tools
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• * Good communication and organizational skills
• * Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations

• * No prior experience required
• * Freshers, recent graduates, or individuals from non-medical backgrounds are welcome to apply
