- * DURATION: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension
- * WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. NOTE: Active PTCB National Certification (required) & Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (required) Responsibilities:
- Process prescriptions, troubleshoot cases, triage calls, and oversee automation
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital pharmacy operations
- Support projects to improve digital pharmacy services
- Collaborate with internal/external vendors on software updates
- Adhere to pharmacy policies and compliance standards
- Assist Pharmacist-in-Charge with regulatory readiness
- Maintain flexibility for potential future evening/weekend/holiday rotation
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active PTCB National Certification (required)
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- High empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for helping patients and supporting healthcare teams
