Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, interacting with customers in-person to address their service needs and guide them to products and solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers in-person to address service questions and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to meet their needs
  • Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and usage, ensuring that customers get the most value from our services
  • Assisting customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Promoting blithequark products and services to help customers get the most out of their experience, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, staying focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and promotions, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible solutions for our customers

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, retail, call center, or hospitality a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Friendly, solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help people, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, with a keen sense of prioritization and time management
  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve and develop your skills
