Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and expert service to customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations

  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales with customers in your department, and develop a thorough understanding of adjacent departments and their products and services
  • Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring that they are clean, shop-able, and safe for customers and colleagues
  • Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as with colleagues from other departments, to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions or reporting them to the Manager on Duty
