Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues, and create raving fans for our brand. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
