Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling all aspects of customer interactions, including ticketing, reservations, and luggage check-in
• Proactively greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing solutions to their queries
• Influencing customers to use airport facilities in a way that enhances their experience
• Maintaining a positive image of blithequark at all times
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
• Performing a variety of tasks in accordance with the practical work location assignment, with the ability to be cross-trained and perform all functions
• Working rotating shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Occasionally working outdoors

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and typing (at least 30 wpm)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience and/or education in ticketing is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
