Job Summary

blithequark is seeking skilled and professional Customer Service Representatives to join its call center team, providing exceptional service to clients and their customers via phone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, striving to create a positive experience for each caller. Your primary objective will be to listen to customers, understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries, and provide accurate and efficient responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound collection calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to businesses
  • Answer inbound calls and greet businesses with energy and enthusiasm
  • Assist businesses with dispute concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Update various database programs and manage emails on the computer
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
  • Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of businesses' needs and issues
  • Communicate and follow instructions for one call resolution
  • Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various businesses' inquiries and concerns
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location
  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Excellent voice quality and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a helpful and knowledgeable tone on all calls handled
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate, or equivalent
