Program Overview
Our Entry-Level Customer Success Professional program is a one-year or less, intensive training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also receive an educational stipend to support their learning journey.
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm, blithequark Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at leading organizations in the California Bay Area, including San Francisco, San Jose, and Pleasant Hill.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Be between 18-29 years old
* Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
* Be eligible to work in the U.S.
* Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
* Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
* Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
