Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Your shift will be flexible, allowing you to choose your own hours, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites

  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
  • Utilize our platform to access customer information, product knowledge, and other resources to ensure accurate and efficient support
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support experiences for customers
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in your work
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Experience with social media platforms and online communities
  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services (training provided)
