What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and live chat. You will be the face of blithequark, providing personalized support to our customers, and helping them navigate our products and services. Your expertise will be essential in resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is nothing short of wonderful. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and tailored to the customer's needs
  • Learning and utilizing our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends, and providing innovative solutions to optimize the customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Who You Are

You're a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box, and a sensitive and skilled communicator who can adapt your tone and style to suit different audiences. You're eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, and able to juggle multiple tasks while remaining organized and attentive to detail. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

  • A self-starter mentality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and audiences
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a strong understanding of keyboard shortcuts
  • Ability to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can fulfill your shifts
  • Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, we highly value candidates with:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience working from home, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices

Compensation and Benefits

As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor, you will be compensated at a rate of $13.00 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including:
