Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing enthusiastic and compassionate customer service to clients across the United States
  • Handling escalated issues with professionalism and poise
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns
  • Managing multiple software programs while conversing with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
  • Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payments industry a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
