The Role

As an Experienced Customer Experience Strategy Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that enhances the overall guest experience at WDW. This role involves:

  • Monitoring customer experience trends and insights: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest customer experience trends and insights, using expertise to inform strategic decisions.
  • Understanding and staying curious about WDW channels: Develop a deep understanding of WDW channels, including the website, app, call center, and trade, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Building and optimizing the Customer Experience roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap that prioritizes key deliverables, milestones, and tasks to drive impactful initiatives.
  • Prioritizing delivery of impactful initiatives: Balance quick wins and long-term projects to ensure the delivery of impactful initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Influencing partner initiatives using a data-centric approach: Use data-driven insights to influence partner initiatives and drive strategic alignment.
  • Translating strategy into action efficiently: Take ownership of initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders: Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align on project goals and ownership expectations.
  • Ensuring proper tracking and measurement: Deliver program recaps, benchmarks, and success metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Delivering high-quality presentations: Present insights, metrics, and recommendations to senior and executive audiences with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Five (5)+ years of experience in project management, product development, or a related field: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across backgrounds and functions.
  • Skilled at creating presentations and communicating effectively with senior leadership: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations that inform and engage senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert strategic goals into clear, actionable steps: Proven ability to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable steps that drive results.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies: Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive customer experience initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation meet data-driven insights.
  • Agile or adaptive project management experience is a plus: Experience with agile or adaptive project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of WDW channels is a plus: Familiarity with WDW channels is a plus.
