Key Responsibilities
As an HR Shared Services Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately to ensure a seamless employee experience.

- Conducting system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and documenting findings for process improvements.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB).
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems would also be an asset.
