Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as assisting customers with order placements, returns, and refunds. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, provide information about products and services, and upsell and cross-sell additional products.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
