Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a 14-week program, running from January 13th to April 15th, 2025. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both over the phone and through chat
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing customers with an excellent experience, adapting to fast-paced scenarios, and showing resilience in the face of change
  • Cultivate a positive work culture that values teamwork and appreciation, contributing to a fulfilling work environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, sharing feedback and best practices to continuously improve our customer service delivery

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and principles is essential for this position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effortlessly display empathy with customers over the phone
  • Intermediate understanding of operating systems and software environment required
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting team productivity goals and service level commitments
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center setting, with a proficiency in engaging through chat if required
  • Track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and analyze information to determine an appropriate course of action
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
