As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals by working on a variety of projects, including data entry, research studies, and online focus groups.

About the Role

As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a reliable device. You will be responsible for completing a range of tasks, including:

  • Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, using your typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Research studies: Participating in online research studies, including focus groups, product testing, and opinion panels, to provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Online interactions: Engaging with participants, clients, and colleagues through various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Administrative tasks: Assisting with administrative duties, such as data management, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted.
  • Residency: Must be a current USA resident.
  • Language skills: Ability to speak, read, and understand English, with Spanish a plus for additional opportunities.
  • Focus and follow-through: Ability to concentrate and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical requirements: A computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection, Microsoft Word or Excel (helpful but not mandatory).
  • Data entry skills: Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute and read, write, and take direction.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly valued. Additionally, experience with data entry software, such as Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with online research platforms are assets.

To participate in our research studies and data entry tasks, you will need:

  • A laptop or mobile device with a stable internet connection.
  • A webcam (optional, but may be required for certain studies).
  • Data entry skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory).

Pay and Benefits

As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you can earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study and up to $250 per single research study session. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
