Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who have a passion for helping others. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in guiding families to financial freedom. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to advance to a leadership role, we have opportunities for Financial Representatives, Trainers, and Vice Presidents to run offices. Our team members are the backbone of our organization, and we are committed to providing them with the support, training, and resources they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
As a Financial Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including:
- Field Representative: Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals. Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing.
- Field Trainer: Mentor and develop new representatives. Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Branch Manager (VP of Operations): Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers. Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $24,500.00 - $187,500.00 per year
