Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and active listening abilities to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding blithequark's products and services, demonstrating a solid understanding of our offerings and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Performing transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and member satisfaction.
  • Advising members on other products and services that may fit their needs, enhancing member interaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our customer support processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your expertise.
