As an Account Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive commercial enterprise growth and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

Commercial Enterprise Growth

+ Measure fulfillment through the performance of your assignment and deliverables on key metrics + Contribute to business strategy improvement and identify suitable key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive growth and enhance the customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other blithequark programs + Manage and deliver against complex goals where approach is not defined, making trade-offs between short-term promotional partner desires and long-term strategic funding + Identify new opportunities across a large number of manufacturers, increase, and execute mission plans

Relationship Management

+ Build and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio, in conjunction with internal stakeholders; be a trusted consultant and commercial enterprise advocate + Display vendor delight survey results to investigate both positive and negative comment trends, set up improvement plans, and control expectations with account managers as necessary

Process Excellence

+ Utilize customer feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience running with blithequark + Identify, optimize, and scale upgrades that could benefit a large set of customers, e.g., driving efficiencies through equipment and procedures, simplifying SOPs, and so forth, running across multiple groups

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • Enjoy analyzing facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
  • 3+ years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills

Desired Qualifications

* Enjoy aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights

  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, riding resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial enterprise relationships
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving commercial enterprise growth and vendor management
