- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management, including data analysis, research, and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of blithequark's products, services, and policies
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team
