Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our PBM division, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating treatment solutions. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers flexible hours, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare and insurance products to resolve member issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare and insurance industry trends and regulations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including service level agreements, first-call resolution rates, and member satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
