Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with blithequark's high standards
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver exceptional results

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
