- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
