Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken
  • Working closely with other team members to meet customer service goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
