Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and work-life balance you deserve. Our team is committed to providing exceptional support and training to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with process servers teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documentation

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Certification in data entry or a related field
