Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Operator – Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, showcasing their products and services in a compelling and informative way
  • Turning conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients, and contributing to their success

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Location:

You must reside within the state of Oklahoma, with a preference for the Tulsa area.

Computer Requirements:

You'll need a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Your computer should meet the following specifications: + Minimum 8 GB of RAM + 64-bit Operating System + 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent) processor

Work Environment:

You'll require a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.

Training:

You'll need to attend 4 weeks of remote training, which will take place Tuesday to Saturday between 11 am and 7:30 pm EDT.

Typing Speed:

You must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above.

Gaming Experience:

While not mandatory, gaming experience is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to think strategically, multitask, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
