Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customer support and experience enhancement processes. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide personalized support to our subscribers. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and process improvement will be instrumental in enhancing our customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter and update customer data accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process improvements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in customer support, data entry, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
