A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll be working closely with customers to resolve their queries, provide solutions, and drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your day will be filled with:

• Providing expert service to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshooting complex issues and finding creative solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed answers to customer queries
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including one call resolution and customer satisfaction metrics

Brand Champion Skillset

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
• Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

• High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
• Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
• USB headset with microphone
• Webcam
• Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
