The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive growth and innovation in our sales and clinical teams. As a sales leader at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and partnering with the Region Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical consultant team members. You will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals, identify and hire top talent, and establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company.

Responsibilities

As a sales leader at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Direct the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directs the sales performance in specified region
  • Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management
  • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with executives, managers, and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and clinical trials
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals in a competitive market

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical affairs
