  • Managing Customer Accounts: Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinating with Departments: Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, streamlining our processes and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages, ensuring a positive and engaging online presence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
