Job Description

As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Global Mobility Team (50% of role)

* Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro and process vendor payments in PEGA

  • Process Concur requests for credit card payments (HR Corporate Card)
  • Access AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests
  • Check receipts submitted by employees and process approvals (Mobility Manager or Senior Manager)
  • Perform various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees
  • Complete I9 E-verification processes
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Mobility Team

HR Technology and Analysis Team (50% of role)

* Enter data for new hires, terms, data changes, and documentation in Success Factors

  • Perform data entry and auditing for discrepancies in new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations in Success Factors
  • Prepare user guides and documentation for data entry activities
  • Collaborate with the HR Technology and Analysis Team on testing and implementation projects, including Position Management, performance cycles, and recruitment modules
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Japanese and English bilingual skills
  • Knowledge of SAP systems, including PEGA and Concur, and Success Factors Employee Central
  • Exposure and understanding of HR operations
  • Preferred experience working in global companies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Access
  • Quick learning skills and a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Customer-oriented and flexible approach to work

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree required

  • 1+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities
  • 1+ years of Success Factors experience highly preferred
  • 1+ years of PEGA and Concur experience highly preferred
