Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Management and Production Support

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from order management to customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders generated by account managers with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless production process
- Facilitate purchase orders, verify accuracy, and document releases from inventory
- Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI/FSC records
- Assist the estimating department as needed and perform additional tasks and duties assigned by the Director of Sales
- Fill in for account managers and assume their responsibilities when they are absent
- Prepare materials for return to customers and document Haz-Mat orders
- Order marketing materials and work in compliance with Safe-Well policies at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical school preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software applications
- Bronze designation on ACT or equivalent will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of production capabilities and product offerings
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $18.58 per hour
