Job Overview

As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to visitors on our client's websites via online chat software. Your primary goal will be to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Promote interest in client products and services through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. You should be articulate, well-accustomed to a client-facing role, and able to compose professional emails.
